Pattern of building and the environment and the form of the building will provide an area for the characteristics or identity forms and faces the city. The Regatta is a multifunctional project consisting of 10 apartment towers, aqua park, hotel and serviced apartment which is built on an area of approximately 11 acres in Pearl Beach, Ancol, Jakarta. The method used is to perform on-site observational study based on the theoretical basis used. PENILAIAN LAYANAN PENGELOLA VIRTUAL PRIVATE NETWORK MENURUT PELANGGAN INTERNAL WAHYU NUR CHOLIFAH

Internet merupakan suatu wilayah pertukaran data yang bersifat publik. Namun dalam implementasinya, ada beberapa pertukaran informasi yang bersifat privat. Dengan adanya informasi yang bersifat privat ini, dikembangkanlah suatu teknik untuk menghantarkan informasi tersebut melalui jaringan publik secara lebih secure. Salah satu jaringan private dalam pertukaran data dan informasi yang dipergunakan oleh Universitas XYZ adalah Virtual Private network (VPN). Dengan digunakannya VPN ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan resource yang telah ada pada tiap kampus A sebagai kampus pusat dan kampus B dan C sebagai kampus cabang. Dimana factor penentu keberhasilan suatu organisasi sangat ditentukan oleh infastruktur teknologi informasi (TI) dalam hal ini layanan dari pengelola VPN yang dijalankan dengan baik. Pengeloa VPN dituntut untuk dapat memberikan kontribusi yang bagi ketersediaan informasi dan data yang dibutuhkan oleh pelanggan internalnya. Layanan dari pengelola VPN dapat berupa produk VPN dan layanan pengelola VPN yang berkualitas kepada bagian-bagian kerja lain sebagai pelanggan internalnya. Kualitas produk VPN dan layanan pengelola VPN dapat diukur dan persepsi pelanggan internal. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua jenis penelitian, yaitu penelitian korelasi yang akan menguji hubungan antara kepuasan pelanggan internal kualitas produk VPN dan layanan pengelola VPN dan hubungan antara persepsi peningkatan kinerja pelanggan internal. Penelitian komparasi untuk melihat ada/tidaknya perbedaan penilaian yang signifikan antara pelanggan internal dengan personel labkom dalam menilai aspek-aspek kinerja juga dilakukan. Kata Kunci: Virtual Private Network (VPN), Teknology Informasi(TI), penelitian korelasi, penelitian komparsi.

Malay village is located around the village of Jatinegara that originally inhabited by the Malay Peninsula immigrants from Malacca (now Malaysia). Position Jatinegara a very strategic area for a band meeting between various public transport to move around the corner of Jakarta and the increasing urbanization of society to Jakarta, causing the increasing population density in Kampung Melayu. Immigrants who come from outside Jakarta with the capacity and limited membership can not afford to buy land in Jakarta that the higher price, then they live and develop semi-permanent houses on land on the outskirts of the outskirts like rail-rail and river bantaran. The larger number of immigrants already caused them to develop their home by the time the Ciliwung. Higher density region awakened from time to time accompanied by a decrease environmental quality. To describe how patterns of development of Kampung Melayu retreat from Holland to the present time and discover the factors that cause the development pattern occurs then this study was conducted. .Wilayah Majalengka is currently conducting development and the development potential of the region as a whole in all areas. Natural wealth is one of the potential areas that are very appealing to the interests of the development of the tourism sector in Majalengka. In line with government policy, the development of Tourism Sangraja Park neighborhood is one of the assets that make the Park tour Tourism Sangraja as a center / central Majalengka tourist district. Future is expected to be the center of tourist activities and tourist information centers that can generate tourism potential to be around the district Majalengka. To that required research, analysis and planning Sangraja Travel Park area so that it will manifest a tourist area that according to the expectations and needs of the community. Elements that exist in the design area is Taman Wisata Sangraja recreation / entertainment in which there are elements of education and culture, sports and business elements of which are contained in the provision of tourist facilities that include: Travel Tirta (Forum for Air Travel), Culinary Tourism Zone and Art Market, Campgrounds, Forum Games Natural, Specialty, Arena Fitness, Building Supply Rental, Central Provision of Travel Information Majalengka. With the realization Sangraja Tourism Park is expected to provide a positive role in the development of the tourism sector in particular and development in general Majalengka district, so as to promote the development of the economic sector, can also raise local revenue tarap local community life through the absorption of new jobs and provide opportunities in the provision of services tourism as well as a continuity of tourism activities that Parks Tourism Sangraja become the center of attraction and attraction that support district development Majalengka in current and future. Perkembangan teknologi secara modern sangat diperlukan pada kondisi saat ini untuk menyempurnakan teknologi F. Sistem kontrol dengan berbasiskan PC (Personal Computer) merupakan salah satu penerapan dari teknologi modern dimana banyak dari aplikasi komputer ini dapat membantu manusia dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaaannya. Salah satu aplikasi penggunaan sistem kontrol berbasiskudian PC adalah mengontrol proses konversi analog ke digital dan konversi digital ke analog yang ditujukan untuk menggantikan pengontrolan secara manual sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dan tenaga. Hukum yang paling dasar dialam semesta ini adalah hukum kekekalan energi, dimana mengenai hukum-hukum lainnya hanya merupakan turunan dari hukum dasar tersebut. Berdasarkan sifat ini penulis mencoba untuk mendayagunakan hukum-hukum kekekalan energi sehingga dapat bermanfaat bagi kepentingan kehidupan umat manusia (teknologi) khususnya membuat pesawat pengangkat beban berat seperti konstruksi katrol dibawah ini. Dimana dengan konstruksi ini penulis dapat melipatgandakan gaya tarik beban menjadi gaya pengangkat beban. Kata Kunci: Merencana pelipat ganda gaya angkat beban, Crown block dan Travelling block.
